Meet Cara
There are not many people who can say they’ve received a full-ride scholarship from Jay Leno to learn Automotive Restoration — and Rick Morchesky is one of them. It was at McPherson College that Rick learned the technique of metal shaping, which fell right in line with his passion for creating functional art. Taking his years of experience building award-winning car bodies from scratch, Rick decided to shift his focus to something new in 2021: The Architectural Metal Industry. By bringing his sculptural experience from the automotive world, Rick looks to bring a whole new perspective to the architectural field; blending in difficult shapes, uncommon textures, and special detailing.
